How does a furnishing project run?
In four steps: a consultation at the property to agree the brief and the budget; the design concept with the furniture and finishes it calls for; the ordering, delivery and installation of everything, with any work on site coordinated; then the final styling and professional photos, ready for guests.
Can the same team manage the property afterwards?
Yes. If you wish, the HEAVEN. Livings property management team takes over from the first booking, with a 20% management fee and a free assessment first.
